Terms of Service

1. The service

WARDROBE AI provides AI-powered wardrobe organization, outfit generation, virtual try-on and shopping discovery. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you upload. Upload only photos you have the right to use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Free, Premium (monthly) and MAX (yearly) plans are described in the app at purchase time.
• Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled from Profile → Manage Billing.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Statutory withdrawal/refund rights of your country remain unaffected.

4. AI-generated content

Outfit suggestions, style advice and try-on images are generated by AI and provided "as is", for inspiration only. Try-on renders are approximations — actual products may differ. Product prices and availability shown in discovery come from third parties and may change.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or content depicting other people without their consent, attempt to breach security, scrape the service, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to photos you upload and grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service. The app, its design and software remain our property.

7. Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for purchase decisions made based on AI suggestions or for third-party retailer offers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination & changes

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may update these terms with notice; the latest version always applies. Contact: support@wardrobeai.com.
